Sometimes litigation is unavoidable. We represent parents or other caregivers in guardianships, adoptions, conservatorships, paternity, custody and child support. The vast majority of our cases are custody disputes. In those cases, we work with divorcing and separating parents to provide on-going support from a “best interest of the child” perspective. We work with parents to create a child centered co-parenting plan, facilitate the implementation of the plan, and “fine tune” the plan to insure the plan is working for each family member.
We do not represent parents in divorce litigation.
